摘要
综述了图像处理技术在焊接过程控制、参数选择、焊缝形状预测、性能预测及焊接缺陷检测等方面的应用,介绍了图像处理在焊接领域应用中有待解决的问题及发展趋势.
The application of image processing and its application in welding are summarized. For example, process control, parameter selection, prediction of seam shape, online information technology, property and defect prediction, and at the same time the merits and defects among the different ways are compared. The present state and perspectives of welding image processing at home and abroad in the analysis of thermal process, flow of fluids are reviewed. Moreover, some existing problems in the application of image processing in welding are discussed.
