摘要
目的分析胃肠道肿瘤患者术后应用含ω-3鱼油脂肪乳的临床效果.方法对照组患者采取低热量肠外营养方案,观察组患者在此基础上增加ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂.结果术后6天观察组患者的各项免疫指标均高于对照组,且组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);术后6天观察组患者IL-6、TNF-α降低幅度显著高于对照组,两组患者术后6天CRP指标均较术前上升(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症率是2.63%,显著低于同期对照组的15.79%(P<0.05).结论针对胃肠道肿瘤手术患者应用含ω-3鱼油脂肪乳进行肠外营养,有助于改善患者术后免疫指标和炎性因子指标并降低术后感染风险.
0bjective To analyze the clinical effect of fish oil containing omega-3 in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods patients in the control group were treated with low calorie parenteral nutrition,and patients in the observation group were treated with omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion.Resu Its the immune indexes of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group 6 days after surgery,and the difference between the lwo groups was significant(P<0.05).The decrease of IL-6 and TNF-α fin the observation group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group 6 days after surgery,and the CRP index 6 days after surgery in both groups was higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 2.63%in the observation group,significantly lower than 15.79%in the control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion the application of omega-3 fatty fish oil for parenteral nutrition in patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery can improve the postoperative immune index and inflammatory factor index and reduce the risk of postoperative infection.
