摘要
目的探讨在实验诊断学教学过程中应用PBL联合LBL教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2019级临床医学专业110例学生,依据统计学原则,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组55例应用LBL模式,观察组55例采用PBL与LBL教学模式联合模式,对比两组教学成绩以及自制问卷调查表对教学模式的效果。结果对照组知识掌握程度低于观察组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组自我评价优良率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式适应现代医学教育模式的发展,有利于医学生全面发展,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL in the teaching process of experimental diagnostics.Methods According to the statistical principle,84 students of 2019 clinical medicine major were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,42 in each group.42 cases in the control group used the traditional teaching mode,42 cases in the observation group used the PBL mode,and compared the teaching results of the two groups and the effect of the self-made questionnaire on the teaching mode.Results The control group was lower than the observation group,the difference was significant between groups(P<0.05);the self evaluation rate was higher than control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode adapts to the development of modern medical education mode,is conducive to the overall development of medical students.
