摘要
目的:观察温中行气中药香囊治疗妇科门诊手术术后头晕呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将106例妇科门诊手术术后头晕呕吐患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组54例,对照组采用常规护理、情志调护和西药对症处理模式,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用温中行气中药香囊进行干预;观察比较2组临床疗效、不同时间内头晕呕吐改善情况,以及治疗前后患者头晕呕吐视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:总有效率观察组为100%,对照组为98.14%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组头晕呕吐VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);而2组间VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。头晕呕吐症状改善时间小于30 min的病例,观察组为32例,对照组为12例,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温中行气中药香囊可有效缓解妇科门诊手术术后头晕呕吐的临床症状,加速患者康复。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of middle-warming and qi-moving Chinese herbal sachet for dizziness and vomiting after outpatient gynecological surgery. Methods:A total of 106 patients with dizziness and vomiting after gynecological outpatient surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(54 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing,emotional care and symptomatic treatment of western medicine;the observation group was additionally intervened with middle-warming and qi-moving Chinese herbal sachet based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,the improvement of dizziness and vomiting in different time,and the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 98.14% in the control group,there being no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of dizziness, vomiting and pain in both groups were decreased significantly when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05). In terms of the cases whose improvement time of dizziness,vomiting and pain was less than 30 minutes,there were 32 in the observation group and 12 in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The middle-warming and qi-moving Chinese herbal sachet can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of dizziness and vomiting of patients after outpatient gynecological surgery,accelerate the recovery.
