摘要
目的 分析我国妇产科加速康复护理的研究现状和前沿热点。方法 数据来源于中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wan Fang)、维普(VIP)和中国生物医学文献(Sino Med)数据库,筛选统计源文献。采用EndNote X9对妇产科加速康复护理研究进行文献管理,采用Excel对年份、地域、机构、期刊和被引进行计量分析;采用VOSviewer 1.6.17对作者和关键词进行合作关系分析。结果 共检出1 132篇相关文献,其中统计源134篇。近5年数据库发文量快速增长,2020年最高为370篇,以华东地区刊载量居多,而江苏省刊载量最高为144篇。统计源期刊发文量稳步增长,2019年最高为26篇,北京市刊载量最高为5篇。江西省妇幼保健院(18篇)和陆军军医大学西南医院(5篇)分别为数据库和统计源的第一发文机构,《实用临床护理学电子杂志》(47篇)和《护理研究》(10篇)分别为数据库和统计源的第一发文期刊。文献类型多为临床试验(数据库占75.6%、统计源占78.4%),手术类型多为腹腔镜术(数据库占46.2%、统计源占40.3%)。国内作者交叉合作较少,主要研究关键词为加速康复外科、护理、围手术期/围术期。结论 我国妇产科加速康复护理研究总体呈快速上升趋势,以腹腔镜术为热点,但高水平期刊发文量占比较少,需进一步提升研究质量并根据循证制定实践指南。
Objective To analyze the research status and frontier hotspots of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in obstetrics and gynecology in China.Methods The data were obtained from CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP and Sino Med databases,and the statistical source literature was screened.End Note X9 was used for literature management of the accelerated recovery nursing research in obstetrics and gynecology,and Excel was used for quantitative analysis of years,regions,institutions,journals and citations.The authors and keywords were used to analyze the partnership relationship with VOSviewer 1.6.17.Results A total of 1 132 related literatures were detected,including 134 statistical sources.In the past five years,the number of articles published in the database had grown rapidly,with a maximum of 370 articles in 2020,mostly in East China,while the highest in Jiangsu Province was 144 articles.The number of articles published in statistical source journals had grown steadily,with a maximum of 26 articles in 2019,and a maximum of 5 articles in Beijing.Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital(18 articles) and Southwest Hospital of Army Military Medical University(5 articles) were the first publishing institutions of the databases and statistical sources,respectively.The Electronic Journal of Practical Clinical Nursing(47 articles) and Nursing Research(10 articles) were the first publication journals of the databases and statistical sources,respectively.Most of the literature types were clinical trials(databases accounted for 75.6%,statistical sources accounted for 78.4%),and the most surgical types were laparoscopy(databases accounted for 46.2%,statistical sources accounted for 40.3%).There was less crosscooperation between domestic authors,and the main research keywords were enhanced recovery surgery,nursing,and perioperative period/perioperative period.Conclusion The research on accelerated rehabilitation nursing in obstetrics and gynecology in my country shows a rapid upward trend in general,with laparoscopy as the hotspot,but the prop
