摘要
分析我国冰雪项目"跨界跨项"选材发展存在的优势和劣势,理清当前遇到的机遇和面临的挑战,力求最大限度弥补我国冰雪项目发展的不足,有效缩短冰雪运动项目成长周期,有效提高我国冰雪项目的发展速度,提升我国冰雪项目竞技体育发展的能力,有效增强我国冰雪运动项目运动员的竞技能力,制定科学合理的冰雪体育强国发展战略。研究表明,我国冰雪项目运动员"跨界跨项"选材具备人才可选性高、选材来源广泛、国家政策支持等的优势以及2022年北京冬季奥运会、冬季残奥会这两大盛会的机遇,但也存在"跨界跨项"选材的经验不足、参与冰雪项目人口基数少、个别项目存在"零"参与的情况、冰雪项目基础设施薄弱等问题。
Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of"cross-border cross event"selection of ice and snow events in China,clarify the current opportunities and challenges,and strive to make up for the deficiencies of the development of ice and snow sports in China,effectively shorten the growth cycle of ice and snow sports,effectively improve the development speed of China’s ice and snow sports,and enhance the ability of competitive sports development of China’s ice and snow sports In order to enhance the competitive ability of Chinese ice and snow sports athletes,we should formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy of ice and snow sports power.The research shows that the"cross-border cross event"selection of athletes in China has the advantages of high talent selection,wide selection sources,national policy support and so on,as well as the great opportunities of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and winter Paralympic Games.However,there are also lack of experience in the selection of"cross-border cross events",the population base of people participating in ice and snow events is small,and there is zero participation in individual events And the infrastructure of ice and snow projects is weak.
