摘要
分析我国冰雪体育项目"跨界跨项"选材的基本特点,促进"跨界融合,优势互补",重复利用2022冬奥会契机,加速我国冰雪体育运动项目的全面发展。运用文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对"跨界跨项"选材进行研究,认为冰雪体育项目"跨界跨项"选材已经成为解决我国冰雪运动短板、项目发展、提高运动成绩最主要与快捷的路线;具有选材路径多元化、选材过程短时高效、选材项目互通、地域差异弱化等特点。针对"跨界跨项"的选材来源、选材指标及选材内容,提出选材来源应甄选对应同属项目,制定科学选材方法;选材指标应根据所需项目特征筛选判定,基本选材指标包括有氧指标、基本素质、身体姿态、心肺功能、体能耐力等;选材内容应在选材指标的基础上增加运动员参与项目的动机及态度的测试,制定科学系统的选材测试方案和高效严谨的选材过程。
This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the selection of cross-border cross-items in China’s snow sports,promotes cross-border integration and complementary advantages,and reuses the opportunity of the 2022 Winter Olympics to accelerate the all-round development of China’s ice and snow sports.Using literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,expert interviews and other research methods,the research on the selection of"cross-border cross-items"is considered to be the solution to the short-board and project development of China’s ice and snow sports.The route of improving the sports performance is the most important and shortcut;it has the characteristics of diversified material selection,short-term selection of materials,high efficiency of materials selection,and weakening of regional differences.According to the selection source,material selection index and material selection content of the"cross-border cross-item"material selection,it is proposed that the selection source should select the corresponding project and formulate the scientific material selection method;the material selection index should be selected according to the required project characteristics,and the basic material selection indicators include the aerobic index.,basic quality,body posture,cardio-respiratory function,physical tolerance,etc.;selection of materials should be based on the selection of indicators to increase the motivation of athletes to participate in the project and attitude testing,the development of scientific system selection testing program,efficient and rigorous selection process.
