摘要
当下学生资助工作引入了信息管理技术,科学化、信息化和规范化都达到了很高的水平。互联网技术的运用,创新和完善了学生资助工作模式,促进了精准扶贫工作的发展。然而,“互联网+”的背景下,新的学生资助模式也给高职高专辅导员的学生奖助工作带来了一些困扰。问题主要在于网上资助系统信息的审核,特别是奖助学金申请理由的反复审核与修改。本文认为,这一问题可以通过重视业务学习、把纸质申请书和网上填报申请理由统一、采用高效的审核方法等几个途径解决。
At present,the student financial aid work has introduced the information management technology,scientific,information and standardization have reached a very high level.The application of Internet technology has innovated and improved the working mode of student aid and promoted the development of targeted poverty alleviation.However,under the background of“Internet+”,the new student aid mode also brings some troubles to the student aid work of vocational college counselors.The problem mainly lies in the review of the information of the online funding system,especially the repeated review and modification of the reasons for applying for scholarships and grants.This paper believes that this problem can be solved by paying attention to business learning,unifying the reasons for application in paper form and online form,and adopting efficient audit methods.
