摘要
目的了解慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前的肠道准备状况并分析其影响因素。方法收集2017年6月—2019年6月在同济大学附属东方医院内镜中心行结肠镜检查且合并慢性便秘患者的资料,包括患者人口学资料、肠道准备相关资料以及Boston肠道准备量表评分等。采用单因素及多因素回归分析探讨肠道准备的影响因素。结果共有240例病例纳入研究。慢性便秘患者肠道准备的Boston评分总分为(7.93±1.18)分,肠道准备不合格率为21.3%。多因素回归分析显示,年龄>60岁(OR=2.211,P=0.039)、糖尿病病史(OR=2.376,P=0.038)、门诊行肠道准备(OR=3.677,P=0.005)是慢性便秘患者肠道准备不合格的独立危险因素。结论慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备不合格率较高,高龄、既往糖尿病病史、门诊行肠道准备是影响这类患者肠道准备效果的重要因素。
Objective To analyze the factors related to inadequate bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with chronic constipation patients.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with chronic constipation undergoing colonoscopy in the endoscopy center of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were included in the study.The demographic data,bowel preparation and the score of Boston Bowel Preparation Scale were collected.Univariate and multivariate regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of bowel preparation.Results The mean score of the Boston bowel preparation scale of patients was(7.93±1.18).The rate of unqualified bowel preparation was 21.3%.Multivariate regression analysis showed that age>60 years(OR=2.211,P=0.039),history of diabetes mellitus(OR=2.376,P=0.038),bowel preparation outside hospital(OR=3.677,P=0.005)were independent risk factors of inadequate bowel preparation in patients with chronic constipation.Conclusion Chronic constipation patients have a high rate of inadequate bowel preparation.Age,history of diabetes mellitus and bowel preparation in outpatient clinic are risk factors affecting the effect of bowel preparation in these patients.
