摘要
目的:评价乳果糖口服液联合中医治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取符合中风后便秘诊断的患者76例,随机分为实验组38例,对照组38例。实验组采用乳果糖口服液联合中医治疗,对照组采用乳果糖口服液治疗。观察两组治疗前后便秘症状评分、大便性状评分和生活质量评分。结果:两组治疗后便秘症状(排便困难、排便时间、便后下坠不尽感、腹胀)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且实验组便秘症状(排便困难、排便时间、便后下坠不尽感、腹胀)评分较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组Bristol大便性状分型明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量(生理状态、心理状态、担忧、满意度)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),实验组生活质量(生理状态、心理状态、担忧、满意度)评分较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳果糖口服液联合中医治疗中风后便秘能有效改善便秘症状和大便性状,提高生活质量和满意度.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lactulose oral liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods:A total of 76 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The experimental group was treated with lactulose oral liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid.The constipation symptom score,stool trait score and quality of life score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:The scores of constipation symptoms(difficulty defecation,defecation time,feeling of falling down after defecation,abdominal distension)in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of constipation symptoms(difficulty defecation,defecation time,feeling of falling down after defecation,abdominal distension)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Bristol experimental group was significantly better than the control group in stool character classification,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life(physiological state,psychological state,worry and satisfaction)of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life(physiological state,psychological state,worry and satisfaction)of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactulose oral liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation after stroke can effectively improve constipation symptoms and stool traits,improve quality of life and satisfaction.
