摘要
少数民族医学是中医药大家族中不可或缺的重要组成部分。壮族医学历史悠久,不但在历史上为壮族人民的健康做出了贡献,而且至今仍然是广大壮族地区群众防病、治病的有效手段。壮医依据其独特的“三道两路”(谷道、气道、水道、龙路、火路)理论,在西医规范化治疗基础上采用疏通“龙路、火路”治疗缺血性脑中风,取得了良好疗效。“通龙路火路”法是翟阳总结大量壮医专家临床实践加理论文献而形成的,是对千百年来壮医“三道两路”在脑病领域理论应用的发展和总结。从“脑肠轴”阐述其与“三道两路”和缺血性中风中的谷道、龙路火路不通的病机之间关系,描述了脑肠轴中肠道菌群和炎症反应在壮医理论中的病机认知。文章从现代医学“脑肠轴”理论出发,比较分析壮医“三道两路”理论在调节肠道菌群、改善炎症反应、恢复神经功能方面所发挥的作用,以期为临床治疗缺血性脑中风开拓思路。
Minority medicine is an indispensable and important part of the family of TCM medicine.Zhuang medicine(壮族医学)has a long history.It has not only contributed to the health of the Zhuang people in history,but also is still an effective means of disease prevention and treatment in the vast Zhuang areas.According to its unique theory of three ways and two roads(Grain way,Air way,Water way,Dragon road and Fire road),Zhuang medicine has adopted Dredging Dragon road and Fire road to treat ischemic cerebral apoplexy on the basis of standardized treatment of Western medicine,and achieved good results.The dredging Dragon road and Fire road method was formed by ZHAI Yang summarizing a large number of clinical practice and theoretical literature of Zhuang medical experts,and is the development and summary of the theoretical application of Zhuang medicine’s three paths and two paths in the field of encephalopathy for thousands of years.From the brain-gut axis,the relationship between it and the three paths,two roads and the grain way,Dragon road and Fire road in IS was expounded,and the pathogenesis of intestinal flora and inflammatory response in the cerebral gut axis in Zhuang medical theory was described.Based on the theory of brain-gut axis of modern medicine,this paper compares and analyzes the role of the theory three ways and two ways of Zhuang medicine in regulating intestinal flora,improving inflammatory response,and restoring neural function,so as to open up new ideas for clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.
