“三全育人”背景下高校研究生兼职辅导员工作的思考 被引量:1

摘要 选拔优秀研究生兼职本科生辅导员,既能缓解高校辅导员队伍的短缺状况,也是"三全育人"背景下高校学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的创新举措。研究生担任兼职辅导员有其自身的特色和优势,如现身说法有示范效应、贴近学生易与学生沟通、积极热情能创新工作等。同时,他们在工作中也存在不足之处,如理论素养不够、管理经验缺乏、学业与工作冲突、工作稳定性差、考核激励机制不健全等。因此,需建立更为完善的研究生兼职辅导员选拔考核机制,学校学院应注意统筹协调引导,完善考评激励机制,进一步提升兼职辅导员队伍的整体水平,努力提高学生工作的成效。 The selection of outstanding part-time undergraduate counselors is not only an effective complement to the shortage of counselors at college,but also an innovative measure for ideological and political education and daily management of college students in the new era.As a part-time counselor,graduate students have their own features and advantages,such as demonstration effect,easy communication with students,active enthusiasm and innovative work style.At the same time,counselors also have shortcomings in work,such as insufficient theoretical attainment,lack of management experience,conflicts between study and work,poor job stability,and imperfect assessment mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a sound selection and evaluation mechanism for part-time undergraduate counselors among postgraduates.Schools should not only pay attention to the overall coordination and guidance to avoid future troubles,but also improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to improve the overall level of part-time counselors and the student work efficiency.
