摘要
隔离开关是气体绝缘金属封闭开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)的重要设备,而温升试验是其型式试验的关键环节之一。为了在开发阶段更准确地评估隔离开关运行在大电流工况下的温升,基于传热学原理,考虑集肤效应、接触电阻、散热阻抗等因素,并兼顾到三相共箱设计,提出了一种基于等效热路模型的计算方法。将计算结果和试验数据对比分析,结果表明,所提出的计算方法能相对准确地评估三相共箱隔离开关重点节点的温升,为新产品开发提供重要依据。
Disconnector is an important device of gas insulated switch gear(GIS),and temperature rise test is one of the key links of its type test.In order to evaluate the temperature rise of a disconnector in high current condition more accurately in its development stage,this paper proposes a calculation method based on equivalent thermal⁃circuit model according to the heat transfer theory,in which the factors such as skin effect,contact resistance,and heat dissi⁃pation impedance,as well as the three⁃phase enclosed design,are considered.The results of calculation and test show that the proposed method can give relatively accurate temperature rise of the key nodes of the three⁃phase en⁃closed disconnector for development of new products.
