GIS断路器操作机构更换平台与操作方法设计

摘要 随着气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备在中国电力系统中应用数量日益增多,如何在有限的停电时间和空间内提高其操作机构拆装效率、保障其可靠性已引起广泛关注。首先分析气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的组成和其断路器操作机构的安装要求;然后设计了一种断路器操作机构更换平台,重点涉及平台整体架构、电源与动力、操作终端与通信,并且研究了该平台具体操作方法;最后通过三维仿真,与传统常用手拉葫芦吊装设备进行了对比。结果表明,所设计更换平台操作方便灵活,能够避免现场高空作业、降低操作人员工作强度、提高拆装效率,具有推广应用价值。 With the increasing number of applications of gas insolated switchgear in power system of our country,how to improve disassembly efficiency of its operating mechanism and ensure its reliability in limited power outage time and space is attracted widespread attention.Firstly,composition of gas insulated switchgear and installation requirements of its circuit breaker operating mechanism is analyzed.Secondly,a circuit breaker operating mechanism replacement platform is designed which focuses on overall structure of platform,power supply and power,operation terminal and communication,and specific operation methods of platform are further studied.Finally,through three-dimensional simulation,it compares with traditional chain block hoisting equipment.The results show that designed replacement platform is convenient and flexible,can avoid on-site high-altitude operation,reduce working intensity of operators,improve efficiency of disassembly and assembly,and have more popularization and application value.
