摘要
要保证低压电器可靠工作,对其接触单元进行热分析非常重要;有限元分析软件ANSYS融结构、热、流体、电磁、声学分析于一体,利用其对触头的温度场模型进行传热分析,可以直观看出整个低压电器触头系统的稳态热分布情况,而且结合结果处理模块,可以进行准确的数据分析,有着传统电接触热分析所无法比拟的优点。本文通过使用ANSYS分析低压电器触头电接触稳态过程的温度场分布,来阐明其在温度分析中的应用。
To assure the reliability of low voltage electrical apparatus, it is important to analyze the thermal characteristics of the contact element. The finite element analysis software ANSYS combines the structure, thermal, fluid, magnetic and acoustics analysis. The analysis of thermal model of contacts have the features ,that the distributing state can be observed directly and the data can be handled correctly using the result handling models . In a word, it have many advantages which the traditional methods have not.In the article, ANSYS is used to analyze the steady thermal characteristic of low voltage electrical apparatus contacts, which expounds its applications in the field of thermal analysis.
