摘要
对不同粗糙度的电触头材料静熔焊力进行了测试,应用威布尔分布对静熔焊力数据进行处理,获得了95%置信区间对应的关系曲线并按照5%概率进行取值,取得不同粗糙度所对应的最大静熔焊力数值,分析了不同粗糙度对电触头材料静熔焊力的影响,最后指出了电触头材料降低静熔焊力的研究方向。
The static welding force of contact material under different roughness was recoded and analyzed with Weibull distribution. The value of 5% in Weibull curve was selected to represent the maximum value of static welding force. The influence of contact material plastic deformation on static welding force under different roughness was discussed and suggestions were given for reducing the static welding force of contact material.
