摘要
触头熔焊既可以发生在接通过程,亦可以发生在分断过程。采用触头模拟装置进行触头的电寿命试验,阐明接通过程中的熔焊现象是发生在触头弹跳分离瞬间,还是闭合瞬间,以及闭合弹跳次数及时间对熔焊发生概率的影响。经分析,得出熔焊发生具有随机性。
Contact welding can occur in both making and breaking operations. In order to research contact welding phenomena in making operations, electrical endurance experiments were conducted with a simulation test device. Welding phenomena at three different moments were studied to know which moment is the most critical for the welding phenomena: (i) at the first touch of movable and fixed contacts ; (ii) at the contact bounce separation ; and, (iii) when the movable and fixed contacts touch each other after the end of bounce. Influences of the number of bounces as well as bounce duration characteristics on the welding phenomena were also investigated.
