摘要
U-G-S模式下教师教育改革实验区的实施,对于提升师范生教育实践教学的质量、推进教师教育一体化、促成教师教育师资共同体、推进教师教育课题合作研究有十分独特的作用。要进一步优化发展教师教育改革实验区,可以从转变观念、完善机构设置、健全工作机制和完善资源平台建设等方面着手。
The implementation of the experimental area of teacher education reform under the U-G-S model is essential for improving the quality of teacher education practice,for promoting the integration of teacher education,for fostering teacher-education teacher communities,and for promoting cooperation and research on teacher-education issues.To further optimize the development of experimental teacher education reform zones,it is possible to start by changing attitudes,improving institutional settings and working mechanisms as well as perfecting resource platform construction,etc.
