摘要
为提升语义互通性,世界卫生组织基于本体原则构建了国际疾病分类第十一次修订本(ICD-11),该版本与其旧版有本质的差异.对ICD-11的本体组件、概念组件及线性组件等底层架构及主要应用特点进行了分析,为未来临床编码和DRGs等应用提供参考.
WHO compiled the ICD-11 based on ontology principles in order to improve its semantic interoperability,which is different from ICD-10 in essence.The architecture and application characteristics of ontology components,concept components and linear components of ICD-11 were thus analyzed in this paper in order to provide reference for the coming clinical coding and application of DRGs.
