摘要
文章主要针对试验过程电池包液冷板冷却液上涨的现象进行研究,结合微观检测和观察,对冷却液上涨现象进行了原理上的分析。现象表明,冷却液液位上升的直接原因是液冷系统产生气体。通过对冷却部件级验证确认气体产生来源于电池包内部。通过对不同材料,不同焊接方式及不同冷却液进行试验,判断焊接部位与产气现象关联性较大。最后对产气原理进行了分析,指出了产气现象出现的多种可能。
This paper mainly studies on the rising of coolant for new energy vehicles,combined with the microscopic detection and observation of the target object,and analyzes it in principle.The test shows that the direct cause of the rise is the gas produced by cooling system.The gas is produced from the internal pack due to the test of the cooling part.The weld of the cooling plate is more relevant to the gas production after the test using different material,weld method and coolant.The principle of gas production is then analyzed and point out multiple probabilities.
