摘要
针对功率模块组件备品水冷散热器表面出现鼓包的现象,文章就3种可能的原因设计了相应的实验并进行了理论分析。实验和理论分析结果表明,热膨胀是引发鼓包的真正原因。为此,对功率模块组件的设计及备品存放提出了改进方案。采取改进措施后,水冷散热器未出现过鼓包现象。
Aiming to the problem of bulging of water-cooled radiator for power module, it conducted a series of experiments based on three probable reasons and did some theory calculation. The results of these experiments and analyses indicate that thermal expansion is the real reason that causes bulging. Therefore, an optimal scheme was proposed for the design of power module and storage of spare parts, and thereafter, the bulging has never happened again.
