摘要
采用一种新型的试样加载方式模拟乙二醇蒸发器不锈钢材料焊接接头附近的应力,通过硫酸-硫酸铜腐蚀实验和金相分析对1Cr18Ni9Ti和SAF2205 2种不锈钢材料在应力状态下,焊态与敏化状态试样进行晶间腐蚀敏感性评价,实验结果表明:在相同的焊接工艺条件下,随着腐蚀时间的增长, 1Cr18Ni9Ti焊态试样的抗晶间应力腐蚀能力有所下降;而敏化态的试样抗晶间应力腐蚀能力有明显降低。对于SAF2205双相不锈钢,无论在焊态下还是在敏化态下,均表现出良好的抗晶间应力腐蚀性能。综合而言,SAF2205的耐晶间应力腐蚀能力要比1Cr18Ni9Ti强。
A new type loading specimen was used to take the stress near a welded joint into account. The degree of sensitization to intergranular stress corrosion was evaluated by use of the new type specimen and copper sulphate-sulphuric acid test for two kinds of stainless steels,1Cr18Ni9Ti and SAF2205,in as welded state and sensitized state,respectively. The research results show that under the same weld technology condition with increase of corrosion duration 1Cr18Ni9Ti intergranular stress corrosion resistance decreases in as-welded or sensitized states, SAF2205 has a better resistance to intergranular stress corrosion either in as-welded or sensitized treatment conditions. Therefore, SAF2205 can be used to resist intergranular stress corrosion from cracking.
