摘要 目的:探索CBL结合PBL模式在社区健康教育实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月社区卫生服务中心实践的临床医学生140人,按实习时间分为两组。对照组应用传统教学方法;试验组应用CBL与PBL结合模式进行健康教育教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组教学后提高语言表达及交流能力、提高团队协作能力、提高自主学习能力、提高分析问题与解决问题能力、提高对全科医疗的兴趣、对健康教育技能的掌握等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组理论和技能考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL结合PBL教学模式在临床医学生健康教育实践教学中应用,有利于提高学生满意度,提高学生综合实践能力、健康教育理论和实践技能。 Objective:To explore the application effect of CBL model combined with PBL model in community health education practice teaching.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,140 clinical medical students were selected,they were divided into two groups according to their practice time.The control group applied traditional teaching methods.The experimental group applied the combined model of CBL and PBL for health education and teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After teaching,the ability to improve the language expression and communication,the teamwork,self-learning,problem analysis and problem solving,interest in general practice,mastery of health education skills,etc.of the experimental group were all better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and technical tests scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL and PBL teaching model in the practice teaching of health education of clinical medical students is helpful to improve students'satisfaction,it can improve students'comprehensive practical ability,health education theory and practical skills.
