摘要
基于ANSYS软件对带式输送机换向滚筒受力情况进行分析后发现,内部多个结构件的最大应力值小于材料许用应力值,存在富余的现象。因此对换向滚筒中的滚筒轴、筒壳厚度和辐板厚度进行优化改进。优化后的换向滚筒结构不仅能够满足实际使用需要,同时其质量从优化前的7.71 t降低到了优化后的5.98 t,节省了大量的生产加工材料,显著降低了换向滚筒的加工制作成本。
Based on the analysis of the force of the reversing roller of the belt conveyor based on ANSYS software,it is found that the maximum stress value of multiple internal structural parts is less than the allowable stress value of the material,and there is a surplus phenomenon.Optimize and improve the thickness of the drum shaft,the shell and the thickness of the web in the reversing drum.The optimized reversing roller structure can not only meet the actual use needs,but also reduce its weight from 7.71 tons before optimization to 5.98 tons after optimization.A lot of production and processing materials are saved,and the manufacturing cost of the commutation roller is significantly reduced.
