摘要
对带式输送机改向滚筒进行了多次有限元分析,考察相同输送带张力、不同围包角条件下,滚筒筒壳中部、轮毂和筒壳焊接内侧等效应力分布规律以及滚筒中部位移分布规律,并进行对比分析。研究表明:在围包角为60°时,筒壳中部等效应力和径向位移(趋近圆心方向)幅值最大;在围包角为90°时,轮毂与筒壳焊接处等效应力和筒壳中部的切向位移(顺时针方向)幅值最大,可为滚筒设计人员提供参考。
Abstract: Quite a few FEA on the bend pulley of a belt conveyor were conducted to observe the distribution laws of equivalent stress at middle pulley shell, the distribution laws of equivalent stress at inside of welding joint of the hub and the pulley shell as well as the distribution laws of displacement at middle pulley shell at the same belt tension and different wrap angels, and then the laws were compared. The results showed that the equivalent stress and the radial displacement (tended to the center of the circle) at middle pulley shell had the biggest amplitude while the wrap angle was 60° ; the equivalent stress at the joint of the hub and the pulley shell and the tangential displacement (clockwise) at middle pulley shell had the biggest amplitude while the wrap angle was 90° . The study offered references for pulley designers.
