摘要
为使复合形算法能够求解机械工程中设计变量为离散变量且各设计变量的增量一般不具有同样比例的难以获得合理最优点的优化设计问题,把反射系数改为各个设计变量的独立增量,按各个设计变量的独立增量进行搜索计算,从而获得符合有关标准的设计变量值.通过对带式输送机滚筒进行优化计算表明,这种方法对目标函数和约束条件的性态无严格要求,非常适合于维数不太高的离散设计变量的优化问题,比按连续设计变量进行优化后再圆整成符合有关标准值的方法更为有效.
In order to enable complex algorithm to solve the optimizing problems with discrete variables,which has the different proportion increment and the difficulty of obtaining optimal point in mechanical engineering,by replacing the reflection coefficient with the independent increments of the various design variables,search calculation is done according the independent increments of the various design variables.And design variable values in compliance with the relevant standards can be obtained.Oplimizing belt conveyor drum shows that this method is very suitable for the optimization problem of lower dimensional discrete design variables without stringent requirements to the behavior of objective and constraints function,and is more effective than the method of optimization according to the continuous design variables and then rounding into compliance with the relevant standard value.
