摘要
带式输送机是煤矿生产运输系统的关键部分,其工作性能的好坏直接关系到煤矿的生产效率,而软启动技术保证了带式输送机的顺利启动。软启动技术方案的选择是需要综合判断的,为此重点阐述了带式输送机软启动的必要性,分析介绍了常用带式输送机软启动装置的工作原理、结构型式和技术特性,综合对比了各软启动方案的性能特点,并概括了各类软启动装置的选用要求和适用范围,为设计研究和煤矿应用单位在选用更经济适用的驱动方案提供了参考。
Belt conveyor is the key part of the coal mine production and transportation system, its working performance is directly related to the production efficiency of the coal mine, and soft start technology to ensure the smooth start of belt conveyor. But the choice of soft start technology scheme is requires a comprehensive judgment, this paper expounds the necessity of conveyor soft start of belt, analyzes and introduces the existing common belt conveyor soft start device and its working principle, structure type and technical characteristics, a comprehensive comparison of the performance characteristics of the soft start scheme, and summarizes the requirements of selecting and using all kinds of soft start device and the scope of application, research and design for coal mine application units in the selection of the function of the system for reference, in order to choose the more economical and suitable driving scheme.
