摘要
采用SIGMASOFT软件模拟了不同注胶方案下橡胶的充填流动行为,分析了各胶层进胶量随注胶时间的变化趋势。结果表明,优选注胶方案有效解决了不同橡胶层注胶不平衡问题。
The filling flow behavior of rubber under different injection schemes was simulated using the SIGMASOFT,and the trend of the amount of compound in each layer with the injection time was analyzed.The results showed that the optimized injection scheme could effectively avoid the problem that imbalance of rubber injection.
