摘要
针对轨道客车转向架V型弹簧力学性能试验及工装轻量化,简要分析锥型弹簧和V型弹簧2种车辆一系悬挂结构,提出一种工装轻量化设计方法,设计一种轻量化试验工装进行静态和模态分析,并对V型弹簧进行了刚度、蠕变和疲劳试验,结果表明:轻量化工装减重182 kg,强度和刚度满足试验要求、达到提高效率、降低劳动强度和风险的目的,同时解决了横向和纵向刚度曲线打折和无法进行正反推拉试验的难题,提高了试验数据准确性.
In view of the mechanical properties test and the lightweight of the tool for the V-type spring of the bogie for railway vehicle,the cone spring and V-Type spring of the first suspension of vehicles was briefly analyzed,and a lightweight design method for tooling was presented.A light weight test equipment was design for static and modal analysis,and the stiffness,creep and fatigue tests of the V-shaped spring were carried out.The results show that the weight of the lightweight tooling is reduced by 182 kg,and the strength and stiffness meet the test requirements.The aim of improve efficiency and reducing labor intensity and risk is achieved,and the problem that the lateral and longitudinal stiffness curves are broken and the positive and negative push-pull tests cannot be carried out is solved with an improved accuracy of test data.
