管道内输气液两相流振动实验设计

摘要 本文以海底悬跨管道为研究对象,搭建管道内输气液两相流的实验平台,使用高速摄相机采集两相流在管内的流动行为,通过控制进气流量和进液流量绘制气液两相流流型,使用三维光学测量系统采集管道不同观测点的位移数据,重点分析段塞流对管道动力学行为的影响,为管道悬跨段预防损伤提供实验研究支持。 In this paper,an experimental platform of gas-liquid two-phase flow in submarine pipeline is built.The flow behavior of two-phase flow in the pipeline is collected by high-speed camera.The flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow is drawn by controlling the inlet flow and liquid flow rate.The displacement data of different observation points in the pipeline are collected by using three-dimensional optical measurement system,and the dynamic force of slug flow on the pipeline is analyzed emphatically The influence of behavior provides experimental research support for the damage prevention of pipeline suspension section.
