摘要
随着我国经济社会发展,建筑业改革步伐加快,工程总承包模式得到广泛应用,对建设单位项目管理、投资控制具有重大意义,同时,给建设单位基建管理工作提出了新的要求,建设单位基建管理工作重点应在初步设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段相应调整和加强。
With China's economic and social development,the pace of construction industry reform is accelerating,and the general contracting mode has been widely used,which is of great significance to the project management and investment control of the construction unit.At the same time,it puts forward new requirements for the construction unit's capital management.The focus of the unit's capital management work should be adjusted and strengthened accordingly in the preliminary design phase,bidding phase,construction phase,and completion and settlement phase.
