摘要
通过分析EPC工程总承包项目的基本内容、运作模式等,就其发展流程及项目业主、承包商承担的风险展开讨论,总结了EPC工程总承包项目的适用性,为合理运用EPC工程总承包模式,有效实现降本、缩短工期的目标提供了依据。
By analyzing the basic contents and operation mode of EPC project general contracting project,this paper discusses its development process and the risks borne by the project owner and contractor,summarizes the applicability of the EPC project general contracting project,and provides the basis for the rational use of the EPC project general contracting mode and the effective realization of the goal of reducing the cost and shortening the construction period.
