摘要
随着社会生活水平的提高,建设工作越来越多,工程管理对此提出了更严格的要求。为适应不断变化的市场需求,建设单位对工程项目的管理逐渐重视。与传统项目的管理模式相比,EPC工程总承包模式在工程项目建造中以其低廉的价格、较高的效率成为国际工程建设领域上应用最为广泛的承包模式。对建设单位在EPC总承包模式下的工程管理进行研究,深入探究该模式在当前建筑领域的市场优越性,总结出建设单位运用EPC管理模式对工程进行管理的优势,并就提高建设工程的质量提出几点看法。
With the improvement of social living standards,more and more construction work has been carried out,and engineering management has raised stricter requirements. In order to adapt to the ever-changing market demand,the construction unit has paid more and more attention to the management of engineering projects. Compared with the traditional project management mode,the EPC project general contracting mode has become the most widely used contracting mode in the international engineering construction field with its low price and high efficiency in the construction of engineering projects. This paper will study the engineering management of the construction unit under the EPC general contracting mode,deeply explore the market superiority of the model in the current construction field,and summarize the advantages of the construction unit using the EPC management model to manage the project,and improve the construction project. The quality of the offer makes a few observations.
