摘要
针对机电产品设计和电气控制课程的教学要求,开发出一种基于PLC控制的机械手实验平台。该机械手具有底座旋转、水平和垂直移动、手爪旋转、手爪抓取等5个自由度,可按照设定的程序抓取不同位置的工件。该教学平台的开发,不仅完善了实验教学项目,而且增强了学生学习兴趣和实际开发机电产品的能力。
According to the teaching requirements of mechanical and electrical product design&control course,a manipulator experiment platform based on PLC control is developed.The manipulator has five degrees of freedom,such as base rotation,lateral and longitudinal movement,paw rotation,paw grabbing,etc.It can grab the workpiece at the different position according to the set program.The development of the teaching platform not only improves the experimental teaching project,but enhances the students’interest in learning and the ability to develop mechanical and electrical products.
