摘要 机械手不仅能够进行自动定位和自动控制,而且还可以对其重新编写程序来实现用户所要求的功能,使其在工业自动化应用中日趋广泛。该文设计了一套小型的基于PLC控制的吸盘式气动机械手,在对该机械手要实现的功能以及工作原理进行详细分析的基础上,并且根据它的工作流程,设计了气动驱动系统和PLC控制系统,以实现该气动机械手在不同工位间的移料功能。 Manipulator not only has the function of automatic positioning and automatic control, but also can be reprogrammed to change the function,make it become more and more extensive in the application of industrial automation. This paper designs a set of small suction cup type pneumatic manipulator based on PLC control,on the basis of the detailed analysis of the function and working principle of the manipulator,and according to its work flow,this paper designs a set of pneumatic transmission system and PLC control system to meet the function of the pneumatic manipulator to move the material between different working positions.
