摘要
试验旨在研究无糠壳高粱白酒糟的营养价值。与含糠壳高粱白酒糟的营养成分进行对比分析,并与米糠、小麦麸、高粱、玉米进行了比较。结果表明:无糠壳高粱白酒糟的粗蛋白质、总氨基酸、必需氨基酸以及必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸、必需氨基酸/总氨基酸都高于含糠壳高粱白酒糟;必需氨基酸也高于高粱、玉米;除赖氨酸、精氨酸外,其余氨基酸都高于米糠、小麦麸。粗灰分、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素的含量极显著低于含糠壳高粱白酒糟(P<0.01),也低于米糠、麦麸、高粱、玉米。粗脂肪含量显著高于含糠壳高粱白酒糟(P<0.05),也高于小麦麸、高粱,但低于米糠、玉米。单宁含量低于高粱。试验表明,无糠壳高粱白酒糟可替代部分蛋白质饲料,从而降低饲料成本。
The experiment was coducted to study the nutritional value of sorhum distiller’s grain without chaff.The nutrient compositions of sorhum distiller’s grain without chaff were compared with those of sorhum distiller’s grain,rice bran,wheat bran,sorghum and corn.The research results showed that crude protein,TAA,EAA contents and EAA/NEAA,EAA/TAA were higher than those of sorhum distiller’s grain.The content of EAA was higher than that of sorghum and corn.Except for lysine and arginine,other amino acids were higher than those of rice bran and wheat bran.Crude ash,crude fiber,acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin contents were significantly lower than those of sorhum distiller’s grain(P<0.01),and also lower than rice bran,wheat bran,sorghum,and corn.Crude fat content was significantly higher than that of sorhum distiller’s grain(P<0.05),and also higher than wheat bran and sorghum,but lower than rice bran and corn.The content of tannin was lower than that of sorghum.The experiment indicates that sorhum distiller’s grain without chaff can be used to replace part of the protein feed to reduce feed costs.
