摘要
目的探讨阶段康复护理对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢及手功能障碍的影响。方法2016年6月—2019年6月,纳入116例老年脑卒中后偏瘫上肢及手功能障碍住院患者,随机分为观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=58)。2组均接受常规康复护理,观察组同时给予阶段康复护理。分别于入组时和干预2、8、12周后,采用Wolf运动功能测试(WMFT)、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定(FMA-UE)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定。结果观察组干预8周时FMA-UE、WMFT和MBI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预12周时FMA-UE和WMFT评分优于对照组(P<0.05),MBI评分较对照组有改善趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年脑卒中偏瘫患者实行阶段康复护理对手功能和上肢运动功能有一定改善作用。
Objective To explore the effect of stage rehabilitation nursing intervention on upper limb and hand dysfunction in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,116 elderly inpatients with hemiplegic upper limb and hand dysfunction after stroke were included and randomly divided into observation group(n=58)and control group(n=58).Both groups received routine rehabilitation care,while the observation group was given stage rehabilitation care at the same time.TheWolf motor function test(WMFT),Fugl-Meyer upper extremity motor function assessment(FMA-UE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were used to evaluate the motor function at the time of enrollment and 2,8,and 12 weeks after intervention.Results At 8 weeks of intervention,FMA-UE,WMFT and MBI scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention for 12 weeks,FMA-UE and WMFT scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the MBI scores showed an improvement trend compared with the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Stage rehabilitation nursing intervention could promote the recovery of hand function and upper limb motor function in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.
