摘要
目的分析脑卒中偏瘫患者采取康复治疗的疗效。方法选取该院2019年10月—2020年7月收治的90例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组45例采用常规治疗,研究组45例采用康复治疗,对比两组治疗后脑神经缺损评分及患者自理能力评分,同时评估两组患者四肢功能及治疗后生活质量。结果研究组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,生活自理能力评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的上肢功能评分为(63.2±2.1)分,下肢功能评分为(30.4±2.1)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者采用康复治疗能够有效降低脑神经缺损症状,改善四肢功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of rehabilitation treatment in patients with stroke paraplegia.Methods 90 patients with stroke paraplegia who admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the subjects of the study,they were randomly divided into two groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 45 cases in the study group were treated with rehabilitation treatment.The scores of neurodegeneration and self-care ability of patients after treatment were compared,and the quadriplegic function and quality of life of two groups of patients were evaluated.Results The score of neurodefunctic deficiency of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the score of life self-care ability of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper limb function score was(63.2±2.1)points and the lower limb function score was(30.4±2.1)points of the patients in the study group,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment for stroke paraplegic patients can effectively reduce the symptoms of cerebral nerve defects,improve the function of limbs and improve the quality of life of patients.
