摘要
目的探究脑卒中后早期偏瘫患者行镜像疗法对其上肢功能的促进以及大脑皮质运动区μ波抑制的影响。方法抽取该院精神科门诊2015年12月至2018年12月收治的86例脑卒中后早期偏瘫患者纳为研究对象,依据康复方式采取随机法1∶1展开分组,各组43例。对照组给予常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上给予镜像疗法,观察两组患者上肢功能以及大脑皮质运动区μ波。结果两组患者治疗后、随访第1个月和第2个月Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均呈进行性上升趋势,研究组患者评分上升趋势高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后、随访第1月和第2月手部Wolf运动功能测试评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者Barthel指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者视觉模拟评分虽略低于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Cz、CPz、CP3、C3四区μ波抑制指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后早期偏瘫患者行镜像疗法可有效恢复上肢功能、手部功能和日常生活指数,可有效抑制大脑皮质运动区μ波活动,进而提升大脑神经功能重组。
【Objective】To explore the effect of mirror therapy on the function of upper limbs and the suppression of microwave in motor cortex of early hemiplegic patients after stroke.【Methods】Eighty-six patients with early post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the psychiatric clinic of our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by 1:1 according to the rehabilitation method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the research group was given mirror therapy on the basis of the control group.The upper limb function and cerebral cortex motor area of the two groups were observed.【Results】Fugl-Meyer Assessment upper-extremity section(FMA-UE)and hand WMFT motor evaluation of the two groups showed a progressive upward trend after treatment,followup of one and two months,and the score of the research group was even higher(P<0.05).Barthel index of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of the research group was slightly lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the inhibition index of Cz,CPz,CP3 and C3 in the research group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Mirror therapy for early hemiplegic patients after stroke can effectively restore upper limb function,hand function and daily living index,effectively inhibit the activity of microwave in cerebral cortex motor area,and then enhance the functional reorganization of cerebral nerve.
