摘要
苯乳酸是一种天然存在于自然界中的小分子有机物质,是近年来发现的一种天然抗菌物质,可以作为新型的生物防腐剂。相比于其他生物防腐剂,苯乳酸具有广泛而有效的抑菌作用,良好的溶解性和稳定性等特点。本文对苯乳酸的合成与制备、理化性质、抑菌原理、抑菌性、安全性及应用进行阐述,以期为苯乳酸的进一步研究提供参考。
Phenyllactic acid(PLA)is a small molecule organic substance that naturally exists in nature.It is a natural antibacterial substance discovered in recent years and can be used as a new type of biopreservative.Compared with other biological preservatives,phenyllactic acid has a wide range of effective antibacterial effects,good solubility and stability.In this paper,the synthesis and preparation,physical and chemical properties,bacteriostatic principles,bacteriostatic properties,and safety of phenyllactic acid are described.In order to provide a reference for the further study of phenyllactic acid.
