摘要
研究优质护理在对躁狂症患者护理服务中的满意度。选择2018年5月—2020年2月哈尔滨市第一专科医院收治的64例躁狂症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组在不同护理模式下对护理服务的满意度。结果表明,观察组对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、日常生活量表(ADL)评分、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分均优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。在对躁狂症患者临床治疗过程中配合优质护理服务,可以显著提高躁狂症患者对护理服务的满意度,改善躁狂症患者的焦躁情绪,提高躁狂症患者的生活质量。
To investigate the satisfaction of quality care in the care of patients with mania,64 cases of mania patients admitted to the First Specialized Hospital of Harbin City from May,2018 to February,2020 were selected for the study,and randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care and the observation group used quality care.The satisfaction of the two groups in different modes of care was compared.The results showed that the observation group was more satisfied with the nursing service than the control group,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,ADL score and AIS score were better than the control group,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In the clinical treatment of manic patients,quality nursing services can significantly improve the satisfaction of manic patients with nursing services,improve the restlessness of manic patients and improve the quality of life of manic patients.
