摘要
目的:对躁狂症患者实施全面护理干预的效果进行探讨。方法:以本院收治的38例躁狂症患者为研究对象,时段选取范围为2018年2月至2020年8月,以抛硬币法进行分组,对照组患者19例,实施常规护理,观察组患者19例,实施全面护理干预,比较护理效果。结果:相较于对照组,观察组治疗依从性明显提高,P<0.05,具有显著差异。观察组护理后BRMS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05,具有显著差异。与对照组比较,观察组护理后精神状态、疲乏感、睡眠、饮食评分明显提高,P<0.05,具有显著差异。观察组护理后护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论:躁狂症患者实施全面护理干预后,不仅可以提高患者治疗依从性及生活质量,还可以减轻患者躁狂症状,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with mania.Methods:38 patients with mania admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object.The time period was selected from February 2018 to August 2020.The coin tossing method was used for grouping.19 patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the experimental group In 19 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented to compare nursing effects.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly improved,P<0.05,with a significant difference.The BRMS score of the experimental group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with significant difference.Compared with the control group,the mental state,fatigue,sleep,and diet scores of the experimental group were significantly improved after nursing,P<0.05,with significant differences.The satisfaction of nursing care after nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion:After comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with mania,it can not only improve patients'treatment compliance and quality of life,but also reduce their manic symptoms and improve patient care satisfaction.
