摘要
目的探讨狂躁症患者最佳的护理方法。方法 2016年2月~2017年8月,将我院入院治疗的58例狂躁症患者,采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组和优质护理组两组。常规护理组患者采取传统的护理方法,优质护理组患者在此基础上,增加舒适护理等优质护理的工作环节。结果从患者的平均住院时间、费用、生活质量和对护士护理工作的满意度几方面,对护理效果进行评价,优质护理组患者均取得了更为理想的效果。如在护理满意度方面,常规护理组与优质护理组患者的满意度分别为72.41%和93.10%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有效提高了狂躁症患者的康复效果,同时降低了患者的治疗成本,受到患者的一致好评。
Objective To explore the best nursing method of patients with mania. Methods From February 2016 to August 2017, 58 cases of manic patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into routine nursing group and high quality nursing group. Routine care group patients were treated with traditional nursing methods, quality care group patients were increased comfort care and other quality care work link on this basis. Results Desirable results were achieved in nursing group to evaluate the effect of nursing quality on several aspects of hospitalization time, cost, quality of life and nursing satisfaction. For example, the satisfaction in routine nursing group and high quality nursing group was 72.41% and 93.10% respectively, with significant differences between the 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing effectively improves the rehabilitation effect of manic patients, and reduces the treatment cost of patients, which is well received by patients.
