摘要
目的分析在狂躁症患者护理中,个性化护理实施后患者各指标状况,对该措施实施后的临床效果及患者满意情况等进行分析。方法2020年10月至2021年9月,选择我院80例狂躁症患者,所有患者均给予随机分组法(每组各40例)。组别设置:研究组、对照组,上述组别分别给予患者个性化护理、常规护理。对比上述措施的临床效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组SES(自尊量表)评分较高,BRMS(躁狂量表)、HAMA(焦虑量表)、HAMA(抑郁量表)评分均较低,P<0.05,统计学分析有意义;两组生活质量统计学数据分析显示,与对照组相比,研究组评分较高,P<0.05,统计学结果有意义;研究组临床指标状况(住院时间、住院费用)优于对照组,数据差异分析有意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度、依从率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,数据对比有意义。结论个性化护理在疾病护理干预中的应用价值高,实施后,患者情绪及狂躁情况可得到有效抑制,生活质量高、满意度高,可改善预后。
Objective To analyze the patient's various indicators in the care of manic patients after the implementation of personalized care,and to analyze the clinical effects and patient satisfaction after the implementation of the measures.Methods From October 2020 to September 2021,80 patients with mania in our hospital were selected,and all patients were randomized(two groups:40 cases each).Group settings:study group,control group,the above groups are given personalized care and routine care.Compare the clinical effects of the above measures.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of SES(Self-esteem scale)in the study group were higher,and the scores of BRMS(Mania Scale),HAMA(Anxiety Scale)and HAMA(Depression Scale)were lower,P<0.05,and the statistical analysis was significant.The statistical data analysis of the two groups showed that compared with the control group,the score of the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the statistical results were significant.The clinical indicators of the study group(hospitalization time and hospitalization cost)were better than those of the control group,indicating that the data difference analysis was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction and compliance rates of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application value of personalized nursing in disease nursing intervention is high.After implementation,the patients'emotions and mania can be effectively suppressed,the quality of life is high,the satisfaction is high,and the prognosis can be improved.
