铁箕山煤矿2号煤层自然发火标志气体及临界值确定 被引量:10

Determination of indicator gas and critical value of spontaneous combustion in No.2 coal seam of Tiejishan Coal Mine

摘要 为更好地确定以CO为标志气体的煤层自然发火标志气体临界值,以便于防治矿井火灾,将铁箕山煤矿2号煤层4427工作面作为试验工作面,通过现场埋管监测,分析了采空区和工作面的标志气体分布规律。结果表明:随着推进距离增加,采空区内测定的CO浓度先上升,后开始下降一段,之后加速上升,总体变化趋势与自燃"三带"变化相似;在工作面上回风隅角CO浓度值最高,且回风流CO浓度波动较剧烈。以此为基础,通过进一步研究与计算,最终确定铁箕山煤矿2号煤层4427工作面各标志气体浓度临界值:采空区CO浓度临界值为140×10^-6,回风隅角CO浓度临界值为12×10^-6。 In order to better determine the critical value of coal seam spontaneous combustion indicator gas with CO as the indicator gas,and prevent mine fires,the 4427 working face of No.2 seam of Tiejishan Coal Mine was used as a test working face.Through on-site monitoring of buried pipes,the distribution law of the indicator gas in the goaf and working face was analyzed.The results showed that as the advancing distance increases,the measured CO concentration in the goaf first rises,then begins to decrease for a while,and then accelerates to rise.The overall change trend was similar to the spontaneous combustion "Three Zones" change;the return air corner CO on the working surface the concentration value was the highest and the CO concentration of the return air flow fluctuates sharply.Based on this,through further research and calculations,the final determination of the critical value of each indicator gas concentration in No.2 coal seam 4427 working face of Tiejishan Coal Mine:the critical value of CO concentration in the goaf was 140×10^-6,the corner of the return air the critical value of CO concentration was 12×10^-6.
