摘要
对几种阻化剂进行了程序升温氧化法测定,获得了在氧气量充足情况下原煤样与各阻化煤样的时间-温度曲线。对传统阻化剂阻化效果测试手段和阻化率的计算方法进行了讨论,提出基于程序升温氧化法的新的阻化率和阻化效果计算方法,并分析了本实验中几种阻化剂的阻化原理,比较了其阻化效果。
Several kinds of coal inhibitors are tested with programmed temperature -rise oxidation method and the time -temperature curves are obtained under enough oxygen condition. Basing on discussion of the traditional test method of inhibition effect and the calculation method of inhibition rate, a new calculation method for inhibition effect and rate is put forward with programmed temperature -rise oxidation method, and the inhibition effects and rates with temperature are obtained. Finally, the effect of the inhibitors being tested is analyzedand compared each other.
