摘要
本文将对表面增强拉曼光谱技术(SERS)进行介绍,分别从不同角度出发,对此项技术的应用效果进行阐述和分析,以期为食品检测部门提供可靠参考。
This paper introduces the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS), and expounds and analyzes the application effect of this technology from different angles, in order to provide reliable reference for food inspection department.
