综采工作面电液控制系统检测检验现状及趋势 被引量:1

摘要 综采工作面电液控制系统是煤矿井下三机配套远程控制、少人(无人)智能开采的关键载体,已经纳入矿用产品安全标志管理范围,需通过强制认证方可下井使用。文章综述了综采工作面电液控制系统检测检验国内外现状,从检测检验能力落后于电液控制系统产品本身技术发展的现实出发,提出综采工作面电液控制系统三大检测检验系统的建设思路及方案,涵盖了电液控制系统的安全性能、清洁过滤性能及冲击来压安全响应性能的检测检验等。解决目前尚不具备电液控制系统整体抗干扰性、数据传输稳定性、控制软件可靠性等测试能力的问题。在此基础上,从行业未来技术发展角度分析了电液控制系统检测检验的未来发展趋势。 Electro-hydraulic control system of fully-mechanized working face is the key carrier for the remote control of the three machines cooperating in the coal mine and the intelligent mining of few people(unmanned),and it has been included in the scope of management of safety signs of mining products,it is required to pass the compulsory certification before used in the work face.This article summarizes the current status of domestic and international testing of electro-hydraulic control systems in fully mechanized mining faces,according to the reality that the testing ability lags behind the technical development of electro-hydraulic control system products,the construction ideas and schemes of the three major testing systems are proposed for the electro-hydraulic control system covering the testing of the safety performance,clean filtering performance,and shock response performance of the electro-hydraulic control system.It solves the problems of testing capabilities of the electro-hydraulic control system,such as the overall anti-interference,data transmission stability,control software reliability,etc.On this basis,the development trend of the testing about the electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed from the perspective of the future technology development of the industry.
