摘要
目的:系统评价HIIT对提高国外青少年运动员有氧运动能力的应用效果,并与其他形式训练比较,以期为国内青少年训练提供一些借鉴。方法:检索Pubmed、EBSCO host、Web of Science和CNKI数据库,检索期限到2019年9月16日,收集高强度间歇训练对9~18岁国外青少年运动员有氧运动能力相关的研究,Chochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,Stata 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入25篇国外文献,涉及受试者540名。Meta分析结果显示,HIIT在提高国外青少年运动员最大摄氧量(SMD=0.56,95%CI[0.30,0.82])上明显优于其他形式训练(P=0.00);对提高递增负荷最大有氧跑速(SMD=0.01,95%CI[-0.31,0.33])、提高Yo-Yo间歇性恢复测试表现(SMD=0.68,95%CI[-0.30,1.66])和降低最大血乳酸浓度(SMD=-0.04,95%CI[-0.50,0.42])与其他形式训练没有显著差异。结论:1)与其他形式训练相比,高强度间歇训练(HIIT)能更有效地提高国外青少年运动员的VO 2max;2)Yo-Yo间歇性恢复测试(YYIRTL1)是评价运动员持续进行间歇运动达到最大激活有氧系统能力的重要递增负荷体能测试方式,HIIT与其他形式训练相比在提高YYIRTL1表现上有显著优势;3)在提高递增负荷最大跑速、降低最大血乳酸浓度上,HIIT与其他形式训练相比并没有明显的优越性,受到纳入文献数量、质量的影响需要进一步的研究才能得出更稳健的结论。研究结果显示HIIT具有省时高效的特点,能提升效率并减少青少年运动员体能训练的时间。
Objectives:The application of HIIT on aerobic endurance ability of adolescent athletes compared with other forms of exercise training was assessed.Methods:Relevant articles focusing on the effects of HIIT and other forms of exercise on aerobic exercise capacity of 9~18 years old adolescent athletes were collected from databases including Pubmed,EBSCO host,Web of Science and CNKI published before May 24 th in 2019.The Cochrane bias risk assessment tools was used to evaluate the methodological quality of included studies and Stata 13.0 was used for statistic analysis.Results:1)Compared with other forms of training,high-intensity interval training(HIIT)can more effectively increase the VO 2max of foreign young athletes;2)Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test(YYIRTL1)is to evaluate athletes to continue intermittent exercise to achieve maximum HIIT has a significant advantage in improving the performance of YYIRTL1 compared to other forms of training,an important incremental load fitness test method for activating aerobic system capacity.3)In terms of increasing the maximum running speed of increasing load and reducing the maximum blood lactate concentration,HIIT has no obvious advantages compared with other forms of training.Affected by the quantity and quality of the included literature,further research is required to reach a more robust conclusion.Research results show that HIIT has the characteristics of time saving and high efficiency,which can improve efficiency and reduce the time for physical training of young athletes.
