摘要
近年来,我国食品工业发展迅速、科技创新能力不断提高,这离不开我国食品专业类研究生科研水平和创新能力的提高。《科技论文写作》是食品专业类研究生培养过程中的主流课程,对研究生培养创新能力、了解科研思路和提高综合素质具有重要意义。但是,由于学校和专业背景的不同,该课程在开设过程仍存在较多问题。本文系统总结和分析了食品专业类研究生《科技论文写作》课程开设过程中遇到的共性问题,并探讨了相应的课程改革措施,以期为提高食品专业类研究生科技论文写作能力提供借鉴和参考,同时,对于食品工业的创新发展提供新动力。
In recent years,the rapid development of China's food industry and the continuous improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability are inseparable from the improvement of the scientific research level and innovation ability of China's food-related postgraduates.The"Scientific papers writing"course has become the mainstream course in the training process of food-related postgraduates in colleges and universities in China,which is of great significance to the cultivation of postgraduates'innovative ability,understanding of scientific research ideas and improving their comprehensive quality.However,due to the different school and professional backgrounds,there are still many problems in the course opening process.This paper systematically summarized and analyzed the common problems encountered in the course establishment of"Scientific papers writing",and discussed the corresponding course reform measures,in order to provide references for improving the ability of writing scientific papers in Chinese or English for food-related postgraduates.In addition,it is also beneficial for providing new impetus for the innovative development of the food industry.
